This is a lovely rare first edition 1896 book "An Ocean Free Lance" by W. Clark Russell. It was published by Grosset & Dunlap, out of New York. It is dated 1896. It has a lovely vivid cover and some illustrations inside.
It has some shelf wear and bumping to the edges. There is some very minor discoloration & fading on the covers. The spine is quite faded. The interior is in overall good condition - the binding is well maintained - and other than some age coloration to the pages and a couple of minor tears on a the title & copy right pages - it is in good condition.
